All About Independence Day of India on 15 August


India celebrate 70th Independence Day in this year(2017) and pay tribute and remember all the freedom fighters who had contributed a lot and fought for the Independence of India.If you have seen now still our Jawans fight to terrorist for us,they are also the hero of our nation.On this day, kids are very happy because of leave and get sweets and excited to participate cultural program and take a small flag in their hand and go outside by saying “jai Hind”, “Jai Jawan or Jai Kisan” and other popular saying.on that day not only kids but all of us excited. Especialy for this occasion guest come from other country every year and listen speech of our prime minister.

India celebrate Independence Day on 15th August as a national holiday.In 1947 India got freedom from slavery of British Govt.on 15 August 1947, the UK Parliament passed the Indian Independence Act 1947 transferring legislative sovereignty to the Indian Constituent Assembly.15th of August from 1947 in India has become a very important day in the Indian history.Jawaharlal Nehru, who had become the first Prime Minister of India unfurled the tricolour National Flag at the Red Fort which is the national capital of India New Delhi for the first time.On this day raised the Indian national flag above the Lahori Gate of the Red Fort in Delhi. So on 15 August our Prime Minister raised flag in red fort of Delhi and national Anthem (JANA GANA MANA) recitation, the prime minister of India gives his annual speech.and celebrate the parades and cultural program.The patriotism songs are really touch our heart and remember us about their sarifies and the condition of their family.




Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru proclaimed freedom of India in the Midnight of 15 August 1947,where he gave his speech over “Tryst with destiny”. He said during his speech that “Long years ago we made a tryst with destiny".That was the time when India became new India and change their history of salvery and imergeed as a new India.

For celebration of our freedom on 15 August delhi police do work hard  for resque indians and cultral program .You find them everywhere on the Independence Day celebration at Red Fort. now they set 300 cameras (360 degree view with night vision) are getting installed at the Red Fort for the close surveillance purpose of every corner near to the celebration point.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has invoked the Quit India Movement again (after Mahatma Gandhi) in order to encourage countrymen to use the same spirit to expel problems like corruption, communalism, terrorism, casteism, poverty, as well as dirt forever from the country by 2022. He requested people to take a pledge to throw these evil from root out of the country and create a “New India”.

Ashok chakra,which is the sign of bravery see in the centre of our Flag which contains 24 spikes distributed evenly,make us proud to an Indian. On this day this special day we remember the great sacrifices of Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev, Raj Guru, Gandhiji and other freedom fighters for their remarkable contribution for freedom of India.Dream of Indepenece was not too easy for the India to get freedom from the Britishers who treated us as slave.But because of great people and freedom fighters dreams of independence come truth. During the Independence Day celebration, the National Flags are also hosted in school and colleges where many activities are performed by the teachers and students.However, after independence Pakistan was partitioned from India which was accompanied by violent riot,which was very horrible riot became the reason of  casualties and dislocation million of people from their homes.So,our soilders are the main hero for us.
